Juliette Labous is one of France’s key hopes when it comes to GC riders, and the chance of winning their home race, the Tour de France Femmes avec Zwift. The 25-year-old has spent her whole senior career at dsm-firmenich PostNL, formerly Team Sunweb, and is their leader for stage racing and hillier races, though she has a good record in the Classics, too.

2022 was something of a career-highlight year for Labous, starting with winning the Vuelta a Burgos overall, then taking the Queen stage of the Giro Donne, before finishing fourth in the inaugural Tour de France Femmes. Although no individual wins arrived in 2023, she finished runner-up in the GC at the Giro Donne before another top-five overall at the Tour.

Labous is more of a steady climber than an attacking one, but can be seen on the offensive when the likes of Kasia Niewiadoma or Demi Vollering are perhaps not in the frame.
